The App is built to operate locally on your device, and the core workflow does not require an internet connection.

What the App Does Not Include

The App does not require login or account registration, does not use cloud synchronisation, does not provide payment or subscription functionality, and does not include monetisation features. The core workflow is entirely local to your device.

Important Use Notice

The App helps you assemble user-prepared local records and evidence packs. It does not provide formal certification or technical or regulatory approval. Exported packs are for reference, sharing, and organisation, and are prepared by you.

The App is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice. Outputs are based on your own entered observations and are intended as practical aids only.

Retention and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data through Android device settings, or uninstall the application. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.

You can manage and delete individual records within the App. There is no server-side retention because the Company does not store your local content.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any information we handle. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your own device and any files you export or share.

UK and EEA Data Rights

If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, where applicable. These rights depend on whether personal data is processed by the Company.

Since the App is local-first and does not require you to provide personal identity information for its core workflow, most of your data is managed on your device. You can usually control it through the App or by uninstalling the application.
